Each lesson lasts 1 hour and is fully customized to meet the needs of different age groups and skill levels, with qualified instructors to ensure safety and effective learning. Lessons are open to children from 4 years old, teenagers and adults, ensuring that the whole family can enjoy this unique experience.

All necessary equipment, including boards, leashes, rash guards and wetsuits, is included in the lesson price, providing comfort and convenience to participants. Furthermore, the entire methodology is coordinated by a licensed Physical Education professional from the University of São Paulo, guaranteeing a safe and fun experience.
