TIMETABLE

  • Breakfast: from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • Kids’ course: from 11:00 a.m.
  • Lunch: from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Dinner: from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Restaurant, beach services, pools and other areas are exclusive for guests.
  • Food and beverages can be consumed only in the areas destined for this purpose and be provided by Tamanás Restaurant
 
  • Beverages brought by the guests and consumed in the areas of the hotel will be applied a corkage fee per bottle. For information about values, please check with the reception or a waiter.
  • It is forbidden to smoke cigarettes and similar in places partially or totally closed.
  • The use of sound equipment is not allowed in the common areas of the hotel and the beach.
  • The apartments are equipped with 110 volt BR type outlets.
  • We appreciate peace and quiet in the corridors and we count on you to keep them.
  • It is mandatory to present the documents of the minors during check in.
  • We apply a 10% fee on the daily rates and extras.

ENTRY AND STAY OF VISITORS

To offer safety and quality in our services, we don’t allow visitors invited by our guests in any of the hotel’s areas.

CANCELATION POLICY

From March to November, except holidays:

  • Until 72 hours before check in: refund of the deposit or credit for new reservations, with no restrictions;
  • Until 48 hours before check in: charge of 30% of the reservation;
  • Until 24 hours before check in: charge of 40% of the reservation;
  • Less than 24 hours before check in: charge of 50% of the reservation;

December to February and Holiday packages:

  • Until 15 days before check in: refund of the deposit or credit for new reservations, with no restrictions;
  • Less than 15 days to 24 hours before check in: charge of 40% of the reservation;
  • Less than 24 hours before check in or no show: charge of 50% of the reservation;

Package quitting:

In case of quitting the stay after the check in at the hotel, there will be the loss of the total paid amount, not being converted into credit for new reservations.

Reservations by website:

The cancellation is not possible by website. The cancelation can be required exclusively by the phone (12) 3891-1000 or email hotel@juquehy.com.br.
